This privacy policy describes how AI Chat Fantasy ("the App"), operated by Ponikar Creatives, collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We believe in full transparency — please read this carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Email Address: Collected during sign-in to create and manage your account and provide customer support.

Onboarding Preferences: We collect preferences you provide during onboarding — such as gender preference, conversation style, interests, and content preferences — to personalize your experience with AI personas.

Chat Messages: Your messages are sent to a third-party AI service (see Section 2) on-demand to generate personalized AI responses. Conversations may also be stored locally on your device for chat history. We do not permanently store your conversations on our servers. We do not use your conversations to train AI models or monetize content for either free or premium users.

Device Information: We collect basic device information (such as device type, operating system, and a unique device identifier) for app functionality, security, and analytics purposes.

Usage Analytics: We use analytics services to understand how the App is used and to improve performance. This data is collected in aggregate and does not personally identify you.

Payment Information: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or financial data.

2. Third-Party AI Service

Your chat messages and relevant onboarding preferences are processed by Google Gemini, a third-party AI service operated by Google LLC, to generate conversational responses and personalize your experience with AI personas.

When you send a message in the App, your message and relevant context are transmitted to Google Gemini's API in real time. This data is sent on-demand only — meaning it is shared only when you actively engage in a conversation, not in the background.

Google Gemini processes your data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and their Data Processing Terms. Google is contractually bound to handle your data securely and provides protections equivalent to or exceeding those described in this policy. Google does not use your personal data for their own advertising or model training purposes when accessed through their API services.

3. Other Third-Party Services

In addition to Google Gemini, the App uses the following third-party services:

• Analytics and Crash Reporting: To monitor app performance and fix issues. Data collected is anonymized and aggregated.
• Payment Processing: All subscription payments are handled through Apple's App Store.
• Authentication: Sign-in is handled through Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. We only receive your email address from these services.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To personalize your AI companion experience based on your onboarding preferences
• To generate AI-powered conversational responses via Google Gemini
• To provide customer support
• To improve app performance and fix bugs through analytics

5. Data Sharing and Consent

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Before the App processes your data through our AI service provider, we request your explicit consent during onboarding. The consent screen clearly identifies what data is collected, who it is shared with (Google Gemini), and how it is used. You must accept before proceeding.

Your data is shared only with the third-party services listed in Sections 2 and 3 of this policy, and only for the purposes described. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other parties.

6. Data Retention

Chat messages are processed in real time by Google Gemini and are not permanently stored on our servers. Conversations stored locally on your device can be deleted at any time by you. Account data (email address and preferences) is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is removed.

7. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time
• Delete your locally stored chat history within the App
• Withdraw your consent for data processing (note: this will limit app functionality)

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between the App and our servers and third-party services. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Age Restrictions

This App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
